Training
NGPSI recognizes our clients need to enhance the technical knowledge of their own employees. NGPSI offers training services designed to support clients' end-users during major new deployments, to support technical service personnel in the installation and servicing of desktop and network environments, to educate telecommunication technicians on implementation and support of various technologies, and train developers in the latest programming languages and platforms. Many of these services can be provided at the client's site(s) or at a third-party location. Our flexible course hours are designed to minimize any disruption to a client's operations.
Going beyond traditional standards, NGPSI' training courses include pre-class and post-class knowledge assessments which are compared to client-defined learning objectives. These objectives are aligned with specific lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and sample testing known to successfully transfer knowledge and build technical skill. NGPSI currently maintains an excellent overall certification pass rate.
